About The Role
As an Office Generalist, you're the operational backbone of our office, ensuring everything runs smoothly and efficiently. Your role is crucial in managing administrative tasks, supporting staff, and maintaining an organized work environment. With your sharp attention to detail and strong organizational skills, you'll be instrumental in fostering productivity and order. Your ability to multitask will keep our office environment dynamic and supportive, making you a key player in our team's success.
What You'll Do
•    Manage all incoming calls and email correspondence to ensure efficient communication flow.
•    Keep office records, databases, and files up-to-date and organized for easy access.
•    Prepare and distribute important documents, reports, and presentations.
•    Ensure the office environment is clean, safe, and well-maintained by overseeing maintenance and supplies.
•    Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and events, including logistics.
•    Handle travel arrangements and accommodations for staff as necessary.
•    Serve as the primary point of contact for employees, clients, and visitors, offering assistance and information.
•    Manage office supply inventory, ensuring supplies are stocked and reordered as needed.
•    Assist with financial tasks such as tracking expenses, processing invoices, and handling expense claims.
•    Support HR activities, including onboarding new employees and assisting with orientation and training.
•    Participate in organizing office events and team-building activities to foster a positive work culture.


Who You Are
•    Strong believer and advocate of sustainability and decarbonisation
•    Passionate about People and building highly effective teams
•    Strong communication skills and ability to build rapport and trust
•    Familiarity with ATS (applicant tracking systems)
•    Effective time management and adaptability
•    Bachelor's degree or equivalent
•    3-5 years of Administration experience
•    Experience with Government and Ministry related requirements
